Nancy Lane is President & CEO of zip2save.com and Suburban Newspapers of America. zip2save is a national shopping site, supported by more than 1,100 newspapers and other media partners, that features coupons, deals, advertising circulars, e-commerce, travel specials & more. It is owned by 22 companies including 20 of the most respected community newspaper companies in North America. In June of this year, the company launched zip mobile in 5 test markets using the Shooger platform. The strategy includes options for text messaging and apps. Zip mobile is now being rolled out in dozens of other zip partner markets. Prior to joining SNA in late 2000, Lane served for nearly nine years as publisher and senior level executive at Journal Register Company newspapers in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Missouri. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Villanova University.
